It’s that time of the year when we reflect on the health of our bodies and we do a little spring cleaning. Cleaning should be done on an on-going basis. We are exposed to toxins on a daily basis. Toxins and chemicals are in our foods, water, air, and personal environment. We touch door knobs, shopping     carts, telephones, bathroom knobs, and a host of other things, that are loaded with toxins. We track toxins into our homes with our shoes, as well as exposure to toxic people. How many times have you gone out to eat and it resulted in cramps in your stomach, and possible diarrhea? We need to flood our system with fresh water. If exposed to food poisoning, activated charcoal is your friend. Always keep some on hand. It absorbs toxins and helps with stomach discomfort. Take 3 – 4 capsules at the onset of symptoms. Probiotics are also good to add to that. It is also good to have  them on hand when you experience Traveler’s Diarrhea (that’s when you travel out side the U.S. and get exposure to foreign substances that the body is not use to). Coffee enemas are also good for cleaning your colon and liver. As you reflect on cleaning your bodies, remember fruits are cleansers and vegetables are builders. Juicing is a great way of pumping raw nutrients that nourishes the body, the cells and helps with prevention.
